Aidan's first swim meet was today. He did such a great job, taking off a lot of time from all his times from last year. He swam the 25 free, 25 back, and 50 free, along with a couple of relays!
He is starting to get pretty good at freestyle. He does not doggie paddle near as much anymore and he is breathing to the side all the time now!
Sitting at Clerk of Course is not always the most fun part of a swim meet. It was a little chilly most of the day, so sweatshirts were a must!
His favorite stroke is by far backstroke. He placed 2nd in it today, the best place he has ever gotten. We are still trying to figure out where his ability on the back comes from, because he is a natural on his back! He loves swimming, and even going to practice. He doesn't even mind getting up early and practicing before school!
