Mount Rushmore

On the way home we stopped at Mt Rushmore. The boys had soooo much fun at Mt Rushmore. Aidan was probably the most excited. We kinda of had a Teddy themed vacation, Mt Rushmore and also Theodore National Park. We took the Presidential walk and went into the gift shop (of course!). On the way home we stopped and looked at Crazy Horse from the road, we did not go into the park. The face is completely done, but they still have a long ways to go!

We camped outside of Mt Rushmore at one of the many RV/camp sites. I think Collin was most excited for this during our trip. This was all he talked about and he was the one who slept the best in the tent, even during the thunder and lightening storm. Aidan was a bit scared of the storm, but he finally calmed down and I think he had fun too-especially with the roasted marshmallows!

Oh the great camping guru-he set up the tent and started the fire. All he needed was a Shiner (beer)!
